What should you check before locking a package?

Formula compatibility comes first. The container material has to suit the formula — some actives interact with certain plastics, and oxygen-sensitive products may call for an airless format. Compatibility is confirmed during stability and compatibility testing, not assumed at the design stage.

Then confirm the true MOQ across container, color, and decoration together, and lock the mold only after stability is underway, so a formula change does not force a package redesign.
